Order Processing & Fulfillment
Once your order is placed, it is sent to production and prepared for shipment. Orders may be fulfilled and shipped from different facilities depending on the destination, order size, and product type. This means that items in the same order may arrive separately.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout and in your confirmation email. While we strive to meet these timelines, please note that delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as carrier delays, customs processing, or high seasonal demand.
If we become aware of any significant delays, we will notify you promptly.
Shipping Methods
Orders are typically shipped via standard postal services. In some cases, we may use alternative shipping providers to ensure comparable delivery time and service quality. Tracked shipping options may be available at checkout. If tracking is selected, you’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Delivery Responsibility
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of purchase. We cannot guarantee delivery to incorrect or incomplete addresses, and we are not responsible for undeliverable orders due to such issues.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order is lost or damaged in transit and you selected tracked shipping, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate and, if appropriate, send a replacement. If tracking information confirms the item was delivered, we may not be able to offer a replacement or refund unless a clear delivery issue can be substantiated.
Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply upon delivery. We are unable to predict or control these charges, which vary by country.
